Your recovery
A secular, self-directed recovery app. A guided daily path, a private check-in and journal, a toolkit for the hard moments, and a companion to talk to any time.
One for every stage, from the first days to living well.
The ideas the whole app is built on, revisited as you grow.
Practical tools for cravings and the hard moments.
A guided start: Kickstart, Solidify, Strengthen.
There's a track for wherever you are.
Recovery isn't one thing. It changes as you go. The app has a track for each part of it, plus two more you step into the moment life calls for them.
Foundation
The most guided stretch. A short read and one action each day, across three months. You always know the next right thing to do.
Construction
Putting back what drinking took: trust, work, money, health. One life area at a time, at your own pace.
Beyond
Not something you finish. A place you live, where you keep building the life you actually want.
Bounce Back
Land safe, make sense of what happened, and step back in. A slip is an opportunity, not a failure.
Reignite
Recovery can wear thin: the same routines, running on autopilot. This track puts it back in your hands so you re-engage it instead of drifting toward a slip.
It meets you where you are, and helps you get to what's next.
Recovery isn't the same job on day one as it is in month six or year three. The app is made to be what you need at each stage.
At first, the day is built for you.
Something to understand, something to do, a check-in that's quick on a hard day. You're not deciding what recovery should look like, you're following a path made for exactly this part of it.
As you steady, you start to look up.
The question shifts from getting through today to where do I go from here. The app hands you more of the wheel and helps you rebuild the parts of life that took the damage.
Later, the structure steps back.
You're running your own recovery now: the journal, the check-in, and new material to draw on, used on your terms. The app becomes a place you return to, not a thing telling you what to do.
Someone to talk to, any time.
The companion is an AI chat guide built into the app, and you name it yourself. It knows where you are in your recovery and what you said in your recent check-ins, and it answers from the app's real material instead of making things up.
›Optional. Don't want a chat companion? Turn it off, and the app works fully without it.
›Not a doctor, and not a crisis line. If you're in danger or thinking about harming yourself, it points you to your local emergency services and to findahelpline.com, which lists free, confidential crisis support in over 175 countries.
Seven ideas, revisited as you grow.
The whole app is built on seven core ideas. You meet each one early and come back to it deeper later.
Your Why
The reasons you're doing this, and the life you're doing it for.
The Addicted Brain
How drinking trained your brain, and how it can be retrained.
Cravings & Urges
What sets cravings off, and the tools to ride one out.
Relapse Prevention
Seeing a slip coming, and knowing what to do.
Know Yourself
Who you are underneath the drinking, and what you really want.
Acceptance & Mindset
Working with the feelings you'd rather avoid.
Build Your Life
Filling the space drinking took with a life worth staying for.

The things people ask first.
Is it religious or 12-step?+
No. It's secular and self-directed. If you're in a 12-step program, this can sit alongside it. That's your call.
Do I have to go to meetings?+
No meetings, no sponsor. It's private and self-directed, so you do the work on your own terms.
Is my journal private?+
Yes. Your journal and check-ins are private. The one choice you have is letting the companion read your journal so it can support you better, and you can turn that off whenever you want.
Is this for moderation or quitting?+
Quitting. The app is built around a clear goal of not drinking, and it treats a slip as something to learn from and recover from.
How much does it cost?+
Pricing is being finalized and will be announced at launch, targeted for mid-July 2026. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to know.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, anytime.
What if I'm in crisis?+
The app isn't a crisis service. If you're in danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency services or go to findahelpline.com for free, confidential support in over 175 countries. The companion will point you there too.
